Happy Saturday to you all. Hope you all are well and enjoying your time. Today I am going to introduce some seasonal fruits with you. I will also try to share some health benefits of these fruits.
After many days I went out to buy some necessary items. I also bought some seasonal fruits. This year fruits farmers and traders are suffering a lot due to continuous lockdown. As the vehicles movement were suspended, they could not transport fruits properly and people also didn’t buy fruits due to Corona virus fear.
However, the government has withdrawn the lockdown from 31st of May, the situation is expected to be normal.
I bought few fruits today from street fruits market. This is summer season here in Bangladesh. So, this is the best season of fruits. You will get mangoes, litchis, Malta, pineapples, apples, watermelon etc.
These fruits are full of vitamins. Fruits are very much effective for maintaining good health. It is recommended that a person should take at least one cup of fruits everyday. Many fruits contains vitamin C which protects us from seasonal cold. Some other fruits protect us from heart attack and diabetes.
So, we should take fruits everyday.
