Hello friends sab badhiya how is the Josh!!!
After a long time I got encounter from Dahi bada in my nearby famous place. The place was very good for its famous and pure quality of dahi vada it is situated near the medical hospital of Motilal Nehru in Allahabad. It's famous for its chatt and most importantly Dahi Vada. While going for some work towards that area I got nostalgia of those famous Dahi Vada 4 years back when i used to eat it with my friends. Everything change but the quality of dahi vada remain same.

Talking about dahi vada it is also known as dahi vade, dahi bhalle, thiruvada masur bada and many more in our Indian culture. The history of dahi vada is yet to famous it's recipe is mention in MANASOLLASA, at 12 century encyclopaedia.
It is prepared by soaking urad dal for overnight and then cooking it in a small vadas in a hot oil. Then this small word as a suit into a cold water and put down into the thick yoghurt. For the topping material we include khajur ki chutney and coriander powder. The combination is so good that it is famous all over the Indian sub continent.

I did my lunch at 1pm. My friend make a fried rice.

At night


In evening we decide to make chicken curry bcos due to last 10 days we eat only vegetable foods. So we make a whole meal in night.
