Bingnit, isa sa paboritong meryenda ng mga pinoy. Yan ang tawag namin sa pagkain yan dito sa Cebu, pasinsya na kong di ko alam kong ang tawag niyan sa tagalog.
Ang binignit ay hindi lang meryenda ng mga pinoy pwede din itong pantawid guton at karaniwang iniluluto yan lalo na pag "Simana Santa". Marami na itong bersyon sa ngayon, pero kahit anong klasing bersyon masarap pa din ito.
Ang binignit ay gawa sa maraming sangkap tulad ng kamote, saging, sago, gabi, ubi, malagkit na kanin, landang at gatas ng niyog.
