Selling
I purchased a home back in 2010 and I don't want to be here anymore. I am an island girl and there is no beach in Georgia just concrete. I made the decision to sell The house since I'm getting three times the amount. Right now I'm putting in all new floors and repainting so I can show the house . I'm going to rent on a beach somewhere for about a year while I have a house built somewhere else. I don't know where that somewhere else is right now but it's not in the United States.
Seems like a great time to cash out of the market and maybe wait till prices get depressed again, just like in 2010. The more things seem to change the more they seem the same. You did a nice job gauging the top and the bottom of this market!
