The poor in Venezuela don't have the cash to switch to bitcoin, it is too late for them as the bolivar has collapsed. Those who planned ahead and those who earn in dollars might benefit. With these situations, it is only those who foresaw what would happen and planned ahead who survive. Once the crisis has started, it is too late
