Removing MANA's inflation, and adding a 1% fee to the Decentraland Marketplace

Agora recently saw an overwhelming vote to remove MANA's inflation, and add a 1% fee to the Marketplace. We're happy to announce MANA's smart contract now no longer includes inflation, and we’ve just implemented the Marketplace fee.
