Hubby and I took a long beautiful walk last night and we passed plenty of beautiful trees for today's post.
This was my favorite scene on the walk. I love how the sun shines through the trees.
I'm not sure what type of trees they are but we passed a little cove of baby trees in the park.
I loved how the sun seemed to sit on top of these trees.
It doesn't show as well in the photograph but the leaves of this tree are maroon.
I loved the smell of this young pine tree, as we passed it by.
And for some reason, we felt like we were being watched as we passed this tree by...

The maroon tree may have been a cherry tree. Their leaves are often purple around here too. Cool eye tree. Nice to have you back and posting:)

It was a perfect day for a walk indeed. It's raining today but I won't complain because this weeks had perfect weather. I totally forgot to promote this post at any of my usual places. Its been one of those weeks. lol

I like the eyeball tree, watching your every move. Those are some gorgeous trees, and sunset is always a great time to view them. All that orange light. Looks like a nice walk out and about at the park. Hope your weekend is going well. It looked like some serious thunderbangers in your neck of the woods was going on yesterday or today. I miss the fun of watching lightning (from indoors), but not the rest of it. Cheers
We're doing great. We have had some storms but they've mostly just been rain. They call for it to be a rainy week.
Glad it's not too bad. Try to stay dry, and out of the lightning, if it shows up.
