Hi steemians, Trust you guys are good? This is actually my Achievement 2 which is my second post here in newcommers community and I will be writing on Basic security of steemit. Basic security has to do with a user know how to use, and where to save the pdf with your security keys, because they are very vital and if any user misplaced his or her keys, most especially your master keys, can either loss all his tokens, etc.

Question 1

Have you gotten your key on steemit?
The answer is Yes! I've been able to attain my pdf with all my keys on steemit. And also, I've been able to save it on my Google account, so I can access my steemit from anywhere around the world at anytime.

Question 2:

Do you have full knowledge of the functions and limitations of this keys?
Yes I have gotten a full knowledge on how and where to use my different keys on steemit.
We have a total of 5 important keys on steemit, but I will be adding one more important keys, making it a total of 6 keys listed below.

• Private active key

• Private posting key

• Master key

• Owner key

• Memo key

• Tron private key
  I will run a brief explanation on how to use this different keys and also show us how they works.

• Private Active Key: this key is one important key, because it allows you to do your wallet actions such as using internal market, powering up/down and it even allow user to trade, etc.

• Private Posting key: This particular Key as the name implies "Posting keys" it has to do with your blog, and has nothing to do with your wallet. It allows you to do your posting, commenting, pivoting, and exploring communities.

• Master key: This is the main key. It is the keys that allows you to generate other keys. And it is very important that you keep it very safe and not share with anyone. If any one has this key, He or she can actually tranfer your tokens to another user, which means that the person has power over your wallet.

• The Owner Key: This is actually another important key on steemit, because you can change any other key with your owner key.

• The memo key: The key will help in encrypt and decrypt of the memos in a blockchain.

• Tron Private key: Is totally different different from steem keys, but it's actually another key on steemit, because it allow you to transfer your trons to your tronpro wallet.

Question 3:

How would you like to keep your Master key?
Since this is my main key. I have saved the pdf with this key and other keys in safe in my Google account and I can't disclose my email address passward to anyone.

Question 4:

Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another user account?
Definitely.

1. Go to your wallet
2. Choose the particular token you want to transfer (Steem or Steem dollar)
3. Click on the little triangle button next to your token balance

1. After which you see different options, click on transfer

2. Add the username you would love to transfer the token to. Note: all usernames must start with an @ character. e.g (@crytokannon)
   

3. You add the amount of token you would like to transfer.

4. You can either add a memo or not. Its optional

5. Confirm your transaction

1. You click on next.
   Note: After clicking on next, you will still add your master key, before your transaction will be complete.

Question 5:

Do you know how to power up?
Yes! I've learnt how to power up, because I've gone through different users post on how to power up.

1. Go to your wallet.
2. You sell any amount of sbd to get steem by clicking on the same button as when you want to transfer your steem dollar.
3. After which your steem will appear on your steem balance.

1. After which you choose the amount of steem you want to power up. which has to do with you exchanging your steem into steem power which gives you good reputation and allows you to upvote your post and get something good from your post.
   

2. Confirm and click next.
