Celebrating Love
Books and movies put love and relationships in the limelight. In real life, love, however happy it's in the movies, is not pure bliss. Fret not because that's the good thing about it.
Relationships are not always smiles and sunshines. Rainy days are always just around the corner waiting to drench you. However, without the sadness, pain, and anger it entails, good and simple days will never be that much appreciated. These moments will almost always be taken for granted. After the rain, a rainbow appears to remind us that the dark has ended and that with faith and love, you conquered one of those many more to come.
With this, let me share photos of another day that I've spent with the @jcdeveza ^_^ not to celebrate the valentine's day but just another day to celebrate the kind of love we have for each other. It's also a treat for me (I get to eat meat again) after almost two torturous weeks of pain because of surgery.
He surprised me with a gift in a box of hearts. 💞 He went lipstick shopping for me because he noticed that I've been using the same red shade for like forever. This guy knows matte 👌
We ate at Samgyupsalamat located at Maginhawa Street which is known for affordable and wide variations of food stalls. This bbq restaurant offers 9 kinds of meat (5 pork choices, 4 beef choices). We liked bulgogi the most! So, here's a picture of it. 😊
Lastly, he gave me donuts in different designs. I liked the heart one but the red velvet tastes the best!
This day is another treasured moment I would keep in my box so when the time comes that we let our anger consume us, I have something that will remind me how happy it is to be in love with him.
