An alcohol of high enough proof is highly flammable. It could be used as a Molotov Cocktail bomb or poured on hordes and lit from a distance.

Adding a hog to a fire could also burn down any structure and/or smoke out the inhabitants. Rubbing the hog with alcohol before setting it on fire would increase the volatility and efficiency of the burn.
