I took this picture probably a year ago or so back when there were tons of people open carrying AR-15s and rifles who were doing more harm than good, and I just felt like making a joke about them. You can find vids on youtube of this stuff. People open carrying AK's then getting stopped by the cops and screaming AM I BEING DETAINED?! AM I FREE TO GO?! over and over, haha.
I know it sounds stupid but it actually is a bit of predictive programing for the Cops. In America we have a duty to bare arms those who are a member of the political public have only a right to bare arms that can be taken away.
Do you know why they were screaming "am I being detained?" It is because they have a right to make money in commerce and police are all agents of corporations thus operating in commerce. Everyone has a right to operate and charge a fee for services in commerce. lol
Sounds nuts but it is commerce law. Lookup Uniform Commercial Code and a good legal dictionary as it is written in a English but the words have totally different meanings.

No, I mean, I am somewhat familiar with what you're talking about regarding the Am i being detained thing. I'm just poking fun at these people open carrying AR-15's and AK's into walmart or starbucks because they just look like idiots and make gun owners just look bad in general. And, then they want to act like the police are being oppressive after they've been acting like jackasses.
I never understood the act of open carrying rifles into stores and shops, because all that shit did was alert people to let them know you have a gun, (which I wouldn't want to do ever because now if there was any criminal with ill intentions near you they know exactly who to target first), as well as just scaring the uneducated (I mean uneducated about firearms) general public and probably making them even more nervous about guns. Just concealed carry like the rest of us, why is that so difficult for some people, lol.
Oh yeah there are a lot of people who go to the extreme and I agree carrying rifles in stores is ridiculous. To me the people acting like jackasses are the people that such sticks too.
Just as I don't think every white man is a ass because one treated me wrong. Neither should responsible Gun owners get the stink the individual jackasses created for themselves.
I also agree about the not letting everyone know you are armed. The best tactic is surprise when it comes to defending yourself and or others. Kind of hard to do that advertising like and idiot.
