Suggestions!

Nah, I kid. I was just thinking about something the other day, figured I'd put it out here. There's a bunch of awesome people out here on Steemit that I want to talk to and get to know better. I would love to be able to communicate with them without clogging their (or my) public posts with unnecessary comments. Has private messaging between to users who mutually follow each other ever been considered? Or perhaps integrating with another messaging service for people who want to talk?
