Pump recap
Casuals were cancelled tonight, so I stopped by D&B earlier than I normally do to play some #pumpxx. Against my better judgement, I jumped right into an S7.
Big mistake, junior... This one was a lot harder than I thought it would be. Oops! Had to dial it back a bit on the next one.
Another new song for me, but one that I could probably Full Combo or even PFC with a little practice. I could do this!
I hate this chart. Just saying. Interesting view, what a load of bollocks!
I hate it when there's one great in an otherwise PFC...
Ah, that's more like it! Didn't have to fight it too much, either! Decent song from Mamamoo, too. Not nearly as catchy as You're The Best, but still good!
One last S5 to round out the set, and it's a new one! The music video is ridiculous, but it's worth playing if you haven't tried it yet.
I hate this song. Not because the chart is bullshit but because the song is trash. Kind of like Gashina. Another garbage song on the mix.
This one's in the same boat. Not a particularly good song. I should be able to SS a chart like this, but they threw in some stuff at the end that really messed me up. Whatever, I'm not going to sweat it too much.
Decided to try some doubles on the final set. This one is... Blah... It's a slow song, which I like. I just prefer then with a steady stream like the S7. I also don't do doubles all that often, so I kinda have two left feet when it comes to the mode. I'll take that score, and I'll have to go back and get good at it. I can totally SS that chat if not PFC it. It'll take come practice, but I know I can do that.
Went back to singles after that. This song is good, I just lost the rhythm at the end which cost me dearly. Another one to go back and play again!
And then there's this classic. It...uh...it hurt me. Old school S7s are a lot tougher than modern step charts. I need to really get some practice on this one. This might be a good goal chart...
All in all, a pet good night! I forgot to snap a pic of one other doubles chart, but oh well. Nothing too major to report. More Gears 5 tomorrow night, and then I'll be streaming #ddr next month leading up to Extra Life! But now is bed time. Have a good night!
