There's very little we can do on Musing specifically, but there is something we can do on the Steem Blockchain. @steemcleaners is an initiative aimed at preventing plagiariazers from gaining rewards for their ill-gotten gains. To make a report, go to:

And fill out the report. It's a good start, at the very least.

Yes, it does not require any login. And it's backed by a handful of witnesses who's makes I cannot remember now.
Sure their is a way but then we need to stop all bots .. At least maybe the best way to
rescue steemit
