Are women lagging behind men in many streams?

We have proliferated in many things, some of which are technology, education, and many. Many areas female child is being considered as the same way as the male one. However, in other places, there is a significant difference between male and females right from the schooling to the job. This may include refusal to hire female employees, disapproval of female CEOs and rejection in female-oriented movies.

We have been proud of the education that government is offering to people these days, regardless of the gender. But while giving education, especially academics, to both the genders equally accelerates the chances of a girl being a top employer is a big question. Many evidences are saying that still people are refused to hire female employees owing to various reasons. Nevertheless, Is the decision of these companies that not willing to hire female leads their innovation to success? It's absolutely not. There is no evidence that male employees work smart and laboriously while female employees do not.

Yes, there is a massive amount of female staff in many companies around the world, but how many female employees are leading the company in the top position is the question we must think about. How many females are designated as CEO, SEO or any other leadership role? We are in a successful world where females are going to school which is never like before. But many are eventually left at home or persuaded in doing an average job. But there are many pieces of evidence saying that at least 20% leadership of women in a company would indeed help the company to thrive in term of innovation.

Notably, the U.S. has the largest percentage share of female CEOs, with about 8 percent of the top spots held by women. However, that number declined by 1 percent from 2015 to 2016, according to the study. Meanwhile, the percentage rose in the United Kingdom, from 5 percent to 6 percent. This is not the only case. We have plenty of other professions where we find a massive disapproval for women. One of which is in film industry. Movies all over the world, a vast amount of them are going to be basically man related. Some movies hire women just to stand or to dance. Women are being rejected in the industry in professions such as to direct and to perform several duties.

I think there’s a female cinematic voice that has not been discovered yet. Because I think the entire history of cinema is male. There has never in the history of cinema been a time—except in the very very beginning—where a lot of women have had a chance to make films at the same time and inspire each other and push each other and push boundaries and explore their own voices. Women are growing in every field, but the growth is pretty much lower when compared to the male growth. Some support and motivation for females would certainly lead to a better future.
