thanks for giving us a view of what is going on -- the whole place needs a change in philosophy - i am happy to upvote this post, as i read it, and it gave value. The way it is now, there is plenty of posters but not many readers. Even the chance of getting a big reward on a post would incentive, maybe 20 votes per day could be given to random posters. At this time, if i take time to write a good post it gains very few views, and i lost my motivation for steemit. I used to spend 7 hours a day here, not it is more like 1 hour.
