For the Workout:

2 sets of 20 Bicycle Kicks
2 Sets of 2 Minute Jump Rope
2 sets of 10 Sit-ups
2 sets of 10 Push-ups
2 sets of 10 Squats
2 Sets of 10 Biceps 20 Lbs
2 Sets of 6 Triceps 20 Lbs

Back to the Grind with the normal routine, nothing special just keeping consistent. Diet is going good, I haven't been posting as much recently but that is going to change shortly, I have just gotten really busy. Living life is much more fun, when you are fit I'll say that much. As soon as the weather changes I am going to do sooooo many hikes it is going to be great!
