Fitness 365: Day 90
The Workout: So today, I went a little crazy, I did this whole routine twice in the same day, once in the morning and again at night!
2 sets of 20 Bicycle Kicks
2 Sets of 2 Minute Jump Rope
2 sets of 10 Sit-ups
2 sets of 10 Push-ups
2 sets of 10 Squats
2 Sets of 10 Biceps 20 Lbs
2 Sets of 6 Triceps 20 Lbs
This has been the first time, I have done a morning and a night routine, and I must say I kinda like it. I don't think I will do this everyday, because life and time gets in the way. But I might try to have a few days of the week where I do a little bit extra.
