The Workout:
2 sets of 20 Bicycle Kicks
2 Sets of 2 Minute Jump Rope
2 sets of 10 Sit-ups
2 sets of 10 Push-ups
2 sets of 10 Squats
2 Sets of 10 Biceps 20 Lbs
2 Sets of 15 Triceps 10 Lbs

Back to the basics for another day, ready to kick ass again tomorrow, one day at a time is the path to success. My results have been far from instantaneous, and I have been working on improving myself 1 day at a time since the inception of this plan. I still have bad habits, and I am trying to slowly get rid of them all one by one!

I need to get rid of my dad bod. It kind of snuck up on me between age 30-40.

The girls still like the Dad bod :p but yeah, it started sneaking up on me this last year, figured it was about time to deal with it
