Fitness 365: Day 54

Slowly getting that water weight off

So for Exercise today:

30 Minutes on the treadmill
3 sets of 5 15Lbs Triceps
3 sets of 8 25Lbs Biceps

Didn't do my typical workout today, the heat in this new land is killing me. Sad thing is its only 35 degrees my Canadian bones are more used to the cold weather I suppose. I'll be doing my new workouts here over two sessions to make sure I get the same amount in that I used to. I think this water weight is going to come off real quick though after all that tea I drank last week. Still having lots of fluids but this cold has pretty much ran its course.
