Fitness 365: Day 24

Getting there!

It seems Ive come a long way from day 1 but still a lot more to go! Excited to show you all side by sides on day 30!

For Exercise today!

45 Minute walk
3 Sets of 3 Minute Jump Rope
3 sets of 20 Bicycle Kicks
3 sets of 10 Sit-ups
3 sets of 10 Push-ups
3 sets of 15 Squats
3 Sets of 25 Biceps 10 Lbs
3 Sets of 10 Triceps 10 Lbs

Exact same workout from yesterday, but the second day of doing the Jump rope is really starting to kick my ass! The current ab work-out is not quite doing it for me anymore, I just don't feel as much of a burn as I used to, I might have to pick up the numbers or add on something new.

By the way... U never looked fat, you look like you have a normal body without the 6 pack..
