Workout for the day (or Lack there of)

20 - Bicycle kicks
3 - sets of 10 Sit-ups
20 - Bicycle kicks

Got a shave in today so I feel pretty good, but I am actually really sore from the last few days! I decided that I should if nothing else just do a quick ab workout. I'll be back to the main work-out again tomorrow, and hopefully it snows so I can go skiing or, I might just have to do a jog again.
