Fitness 365: Day 18
Minor changes are slowly started to come through 12 days till the 30 day mark and I really want to hit under 180!
Workout for the day!
1 hour walk
20 Bicycle Kicks
3 sets of 10 Sit-ups
3 sets of 10 Push-ups
3 sets of 15 Squats
3 Sets of 25 Biceps 10 Lbs
3 Sets of 10 Triceps 10 Lbs
Finishing the workout with 20 - Bicycle kicks
This new workout is starting to get to me, I will check in tomorrow again, but It may be a rest day tomorrow! I am feeling good about this regime and I have even took out the sugar and cream from my morning coffee. Small diet changes are helping. Just have to stay focused and keep up the small incremental changes!
