Fitness 365: Day 16

It was a cold one today but Stuck it out!

So today I have probably done the most skiing, and it was about -14 It was very fun, and a wicked workout going up and down!

So for the daily routine!
1.5 hours Cross Country Skiing

20 Bicycle Kicks

3 sets of 10 Sit-ups
3 sets of 10 Push-ups
3 sets of 15 Squats (Increased from the Previous 10)
3 Sets of 25 Biceps 10 Lbs
3 Sets of 10 Triceps 10 Lbs

Finishing the workout with 20 - Bicycle kicks

Official weigh in for the day was once again 183.6 down .02 from yesterday (at least it is consistent)

So my legs from skiing are not super sore but I am assuming it will feel worse in the morning. The Squat increase was a little bit more then I thought but I think it is on par for what I want to be doing on a daily basis. Starting with the bicycle kicks made the abs just the right amount of sore. The weights as I have said before could definitely be heavier, I am still waiting on the order! Had another one of those smoothies, I think the nutritional value in it is really helping with doing the exercises! For now I think this exercise is good, I might make some tweak at the end of the week if I am still not getting the results I am looking for.
