Fitness 365: Day 157
Well it seems Alberta weather is apparently the most unpredictable thing in the world! Supposed to be sunny all week and we got about 3 ft of Snow!!! Was going to do another run/walk but now I am just going to take a day off! It has been a while since doing nothing and I figure this is a pretty decent reason!
Everyone deserves an off day. I rode my bike in 80 degree weather 4 days ago and this morning it was snowing here in Missouri. Keep it up man. You inspired me to do a health blog, though I do mine weekly.
That is great! I have managed to sneak out for exactly one bike ride this month, the weather permitted for it. It has been a long winter, almost done though :p
