For the Workout:

2 sets of 20 Bicycle Kicks
4 Sets of 2 Minute Jump Rope (doubling up)
2 sets of 10 Sit-ups
2 sets of 10 Push-ups
2 sets of 10 Squats
2 Sets of 10 Biceps 20 Lbs
2 Sets of 6 Triceps 20 Lbs

So I think everything on here is fine and in proper accordance to get myself in shape very generally. Although I think my Cardio is rather lacking at the moment. Once I have picked up this workout a bit more and can do it very consistently I am going to move on to targeted workouts, but for now I am just trying to continue to do a very general workout every day.
