I don't know what it is but I feel like I ate a lot today. The fact that I am so short on the calorie count is astonishing, I just don't get it sometimes....

Whatchout for the calories though...

I lost about 25 kg (55.11 pounds) by counting the number of calories. Consuming regularly between 1000 and 1500 calories per day, with an amount of 2000 to 2200 calories to conserve weight. Sometimes it exceeded, but I did not exceed 1800 calories.

BUT, it took almost 2 years to lose that weight, which was slow, but avoid the rebound, by not recovering the lost weight.
