Health Shake - Containing them delicious looking bananas: 296
1 Cup of coffee w/2 oz of Almond milk: 32
Fajita again: 500
2 carrots: 82
2 oranges: 94
2 cups cream of broccoli: 144
can of chicken soup: 200
1/2 mixed nuts: 340
Total: 1688/2268

I am freaking crushing this, I sincerely hope that tracking all of this is actually going to pay off :)

this is great daily diet, but something you missed take a piece of ginger. and some probiotics. like turmeric , yogurt etc.

I'm still learning, I think this is a pretty good start for only being 3rd day in :p

Good calories in banana. Removes your starve and makes you look like you are in diet.
