Presidents shouldn't have the power to pardon IMO. Trump is the exact reason why it's a flawed concept.
Flynn would have to admit guilt for any charges Trump pardons him on. This means that Flynn would have no 5th amendment protections and would have to testify on ANYTHING asked in court. It could actually make things worse for Trump
