I received a call from a viewer claiming to be surprised at how "normal" the Austin bomber looked. As you might imagine, I didn't agree.

    I never new killers had to look a certain way. They just never got to arrest him and take a mug shot .

    I guess this bias that serial killers or bombers don't look normal is caused by all the movies and television series - they do their best to have the "evil" one not look normal, but depraved in some way or other ...
