He basically implied that the Russians actually helped N.Korea and not Trump by ''doing what they did''. Actually my whole sentence should be in quotes as there's no evidence the Russians did anything at all, just speculation and propaganda.
That might be a misstep, No evidence the Russian government did anything would be a more accurate statement, but there were firms in St. Petersburg (at least) that took out many ads and curated content on both sides of arguments to encourage voter fragmentation.
Take what lordneroo said. Add to that the caller is implying China, and the Middle east are in on this conspiracy. All working together to have peace by destroying the US (and maybe everyone else too), then rebuilding from the ashes.
I should add, I have no input to give about whether or not this could be.
