Foofy coffee makes me happy
Foo Fee, is a restaurant name. Foo, in general refers to blessing, and fee is coffee. We had this opportunity to visit this place due to ex-colleague came to visit us, and we decided to go out for a short catch up at this coffee place.
Other than the specialty menu, which said Spicy Tomato Macaroni, seriously, it's very much fusion to the max. I personally wouldn't take it, but hey. I'm not you. A plate of pasta with a cup of tea for 12.80 is consider very reasonable. I'm going forward with my A La Carte menu.
By the look at the menu, the pricing of their coffee isn't exactly too expensive in my opinion. Given any other air conditioned coffee shops out there, they could have charge even more. Iced Mocha for 5 bucks? Come on man, what do you expect? It could have been 20 if going to branded international franchise coffee chain store.
There's also set menu available here, price range from 10.90 including drinks. It's consider very affordable.
Restaurant environment is very clean, simple, and comfortable. There's enough lighting and the ventilation is sufficient. Temperature of the environment is properly controlled and I don't feel sweaty afterall.
I ordered this set of bun and half boiled egg with iced coffee.
I have no idea how they control the temperature of the egg or how long they cooked the egg. It's just nicely half boiled. The whites are literally white, but still bouncing around and the yolk are luke warm. Nice that on the farsight in this shot is LazyMom's egg where she cracked it and getting ready to dip her bun into it.
Overall, I have very good experience with this place. We had a pleasant evening hanging out here with our friends. I would love to schedule a revisit sometime later for a proper dine in experience for a proper meal.
