Today I'm sharing with my friends who are participating in #22kill push up. Since we're doing the challenge, might as well does it with good form, and let's not waste the 22 days in our life. Exhale when contracting muscles, inhale when releasing. Do not ever hold our breathe whilst exercising. Doing this right may actually change our body physically.

今天和大家分享的是关于有效的运动方法。有参与 ##22kill 22天22次掌上压挑战的同学，反正都是要挑战了，不如我们把运动做好，别浪费了22天的精力。上升时吐气，下降时吸气。记得千万别闭气，不然可能会晕倒。搞好了运动的方式说不定还可以把自己的体型改得更健康。
