Workout activities

Saw this after I reached home from work, it was beautiful and I have no problem sharing beautiful scene with you guys. Anyway, it's just a camera phone away. Today workout was overall, rather than focused on certain body part. If any of you remember we have a special workout call Supermen in #freeletics? Well, I was just saying I hate it, and coach sent me somemore, another 3 sets of 20 Supermen. It was supposed to be a core training, but now I have a problem with my waist, but it's a big problem when I need to swing my arms. My shoulder is killing me doing this exercises.

Breakfast

My client's cousin brother called my client and decided to give us a surprise, buying each of us a packet of dumpling noodle.

And then I bought half a roast duck, and my client bought roast pork and BBQ pork ribs. Holy, this breakfast is amazing! Amazingly nice!! Amazingly full!!!

Guess what? We finishes almost everything in less than 20 minutes.

Tea break

Breakfast is really filling, and I was so full until late. But then I felt too sleeping working on my report at my desk, so I head to the cafeteria and had this pretty nice Kanji.

Dinner

Since ex-girlfriend bought dinner for the pet monsters, I was left with no food. After workout, this is the only thing I find in my kitchen, easiest and fastest way to get rid of it is, get rid of it. Me and ex-girlfriend finishes it within 1 hour.

This is not a competition with @erikahfit but we respect each other and we give mutual support to each other so we will be on track and keep ourselves motivated. I want my sexy beach body, and she wanted a healthier body. I will recycle this portion of footer to keep reminding us we're on a mission.
