Well, the only problem solved is creating free accounts. The replies and upvoting is still cheap after the HF20 continuity program. If I were to spam, I can still do it. And opening resteem comment will be a big advantage for me, by scouting for good comment in musing and create my own post. I would have earn my portion with some quality content that was originally in the comment section of musing question post?
Sorry, I'm still a bit confused. Plagiarism still occurs on STEEM these days with people manually copying content. If the comment resteem system worked the same way as post resteem works right now, would that really increase plagiarism?
That is my belief. My belief is not a religion, it could be wrong. But good discussion, and there will not be a right answer anyway. I do recon it's a good suggestion and sometimes I do love to resteem someone's reply to me and hoping my friends from the other side the earth able to see it. 🙂
