Prolog 前言

Followed by yesterday body weight training, today decided to give excuse to not going back to routine. It's been raining whole morning until after noon. Can hardly see some sun today. Due to the lower temperature, I decided to go for a walk instead. 经过了昨天的体重运动，其实今天蛮累。所以我就找到了一个很好的理由（藉口）再加上，今天的天气感觉太好了。下雨下了一个早上，不去做体重运动，傍晚下班就来到了这里散步，实在大快人心。

Workout 运动

Evening walk, I'll usually parked the car and walk through the Arkedia and went to the park about 500 meters away. I realized I would not wanna use my regular road because there has been a few new pub and bistros by the side walk, I don't wanna be their distraction, I might as well dodge the whole Plaza Arkedia so I can use the jogging track by the pool.
今天反而没有什么特别事情和大家分享。把车停进Arkedia停车场就后就直接过去大概五百米的湖边跑到。至于怎么过去，都是绕过去这商业城。原因是最近这里的商店多了做了场所，我也不好旁边跑步吓到别人作乐。然后就静静的绕走过去湖边散步。

Feelings 感想

I did not make that sprint, so I'm just gradually walking on the first km, and then off I go started jogging. I feel good about changing routine exercise back to walking. Again, I think I'm consistent, and I'm still hitting 6km an hour. Don't mind to take the interval sprint this weekend.

今天没有间断性跑步，最近不知是否手机容量不足了，跑步系统坏了，所以只能用这个了。除了幸运，还是勇气。都做了那么多天运动，始终觉得散步最好。但是也很高兴，今天竟然达到了步行也可以破时速六分钟。
