Bomber Man - episode 4

Once again, I tried. It seems like Stage 4 has a new breed of bad guy which move extremely fast. My best guess is, I will have to outrun the bad guy, whist running and plant the bomb. Not that I did not try, but somehow my reflection are slow and oftenly I trapped myself between the bombs and the bad guy. Is there a cheat I can use to walk through the bombs and the ghost?
