Neoxian City Photo Challenge: Boats at Rest in a LoveTheClouds Scenery
Hello Steemians!
This is my new entry for the Neoxian City Photo Challenge. Visit @neoxian-city official blog for more info about. The theme of the week is Boat.
I took the photo yesterday, by smartphone: I walked to Marina di Massa along the Frigido River and I stopped near its end, where I saw a small group of moored boats. The clouds and the sun created a fascinating game of contrasts. I resized the pic and I added a color cover tending to red and magenta, with more contrasts and more lights. I hope that the lights of the sky do not diminish the centrality of the boats in this photo; personally, I think the lights that bounce off them indeed make them stand out.
I didn't stop there. Why?
The Clouds!
I thought this photo was perfect also for the #LoveTheClouds contest, a periodical competition reserved to the photo with clouds as the main subject. If you would like to know more, visit @tobetada blog.
