Raining Again Today

I have been noticing here where I am in California that there has been more rain in spring than when it was winter.

I have my rain barrels full of water and the grass growing tall, but in winter I used to say to myself when are we going to get the rain?

So I been happy that we have been getting rain. I would rather have it in the winter, but since the years of drought were on us for those years I will take it when it comes.

I was supposed to mow my mom's lawn today, but too much rain. There will be a break in the rain tomorrow, so that is when I will mow mom's lawn.

I am glad that the mower is working again so I can mow her lawn.

Today I took mom shopping along with other errands. This is a picture of the Winco store with a view of the sky full of clouds with the light rain.

During the time of shopping and other errands I had a call from my neighbor. He wanted to know if I can give him a ride to someplace in town.

I told him that I was helping my mom at the time, but that when I was finished I could help him with the ride.

I always help him when I can. He always gives me money whenever he does need a ride. He calls me Uber, even though I am not part of the Uber system.

It is like an odd job so I do it when I can, cause I can always use the extra money.

Today after I finished with mom, I went and took him and two of his kids to a house. After his visit he will call again and I will pick him and his kids up.

So I just finished picking him and his kids up and dropped him off at his house.

So to end up the day I when back to my computer to write the story of this rainy day.
