My Lavender Plant Right Before Sundown

After meeting with the family for Easter I went back home and took this picture of my lavender plant.

I do see bees gathering nectar from these lavender flowers. I know that lavender oil is good for burns and athletes foot.

It is nice to be with family, but also nice to spend some alone time from them with some beauty from God's plants.

During the family gathering one of my nephews told me he has been buying Steem and SBD. I told him that I just write for Steem and SBD with Steemit.com.

My nephew told me he really likes Steem and SBD more than any other of the cryptocurrencies that he owned. Well, that was new to me. I told him that I didn't put any money in, but that I just keep writing pretty much everyday to get Steem.

I also got into conversations of Bible and flat earth, the firmament and the water above it. It was in interesting conversation.

One person was into the new age. I told him that sometime back I was into new age, but gave it up for Jesus.

We were going back and forth. It was interesting. I would keep on quoting scripture and asking questions.

One topic that he brought up was reincarnation. I told him at one time I too used to believe in reincarnation.

Then I quoted, And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: Hebrews 9:27.

I asked him if be believed in the judgement. He told me, no. I though maybe since he did read the book of Enoch that he would believe in the judgement.

For the fallen angels did lay with the daughters of men and those women brought forth giants. I even mentioned that the book of Enoch said that these giants were three hundred cubits tall.

I mentioned that three hundred cubits was about one and a half football fields tall. He was surprised to know that they were that tall.

We were comparing Goliath that was only six cubits and a span to 300 cubits. That is a big difference.

Well, anyway even in the book of Enoch was there judgement against the sons of God that lay with the daughters of men.

I also mentioned to him that Enoch was the seventh from Adam. He told me that he didn't believe that Adam and Eve existed. Something about being inbreeding for six thousand years.

I mentioned that it was OK to marry within the family in the beginning. I mentioned that even Abraham married his half sister Sarah.

It was only during the time of Moses that it was no longer allowed. It was a very interesting conversation.

We were talking outside in my mom's backyard. I thought I couldn't get much further in this conversation so I excused myself then went back into the house.

Hopefully I asked enough questions and quoted enough scripture that he would get interested enough to look at the Bible again. He told me that he read the Bible one time when he was about 15 years old.
