Another Deal At Curry's
So I picked up this tub of Mountain High lowfat yoghurt at 64 ounces or four pounds. Well, this tub of yoghurt was on sale for only one dollar. It normally costs about $4.99 at another store.
The thing is that it was close to date, but not pass date at the time of sale. They had a whole pallet of them. I saw other people buying two of them. I just bought one. Well, I would have to eat it all by myself.
I like this brand because of its live culture. Of course it is good to have the good bacteria in one's gut and yoghurt is good for that kind of good bacteria.
Sometimes when I had bouts of diarrhea I eat sometimes one of these tubs everyday until it is gone. Diarrhea is when the bad bacteria enters the body's intestines. So by eating yoghurt with its good bacteria I am hoping to replace the bad bacteria.
There are other ways to fight diarrhea. I found a really good video on how to over come diarrhea with three young girls telling how their grandma would treat diarrhea. I thought maybe it might not work, but I followed the instructions of the young girls and it actually worked for me.
The name of the video is called, Cure Diarrhea Fast (HUMANS & DOGS)- Grandma's Natural Home Remedy. It is put up by
Lanvy. Yes, it is good for dogs too. Well, it worked for me. It would be worth looking into as it is less than 4 minutes long.
Now even if one doesn't have diarrhea eating yoghurt with live cultures might be a good preventative action to take. Let's say your doctor gave you some antibiotics. Now if you have to use antibiotics then after you took that medicine I would follow up with eating yoghurt maybe about an hour later after taking the antibiotic.
You see the antibiotic will kill bacteria, they will even kill your good bacteria, so you will want to replace the good bacteria that was killed after you took the antibiotic.
Also, I am not a doctor, so do look into what I am saying and come up with your own conclusions. Just do know that antibiotics will kill all bacteria, well, unless you run into some super bacteria that an antibiotic can't kill.
So how did the super bacteria come about where even an antibiotic can't help? I think it was the over use of antibiotics that cause the regular bacteria to go immune to the common antibiotic so other antibiotics have to be used.
As for me I don't want to take any antibiotic at all. No I would rather use something natural like garlic. Yes, garlic can kill bacteria.
So let's get back to the yoghurt. I like the plain better than the flavored ones. Sometimes I just don't want my yoghurt to taste sweet at all.
Let's end with a scripture, as it is written, And having food and raiment let us be therewith content. 1 Timothy 6:8.
