The first photo was captured at Johnson Lake in Banff National Park, located just minutes from the town of Banff. The second photo was captured near the Cave and Basin historic site (Banff). On the right is Mt Norquay and on the left, Mt Cory. A Sony A77 and DT 16-105mm lens was used. Which do you prefer, B&W or Colour?

Thanks to @papa-pepper for creating these logos for @daveks!
good
Color for photo 1, B&W for photo 2.
Interesting, why do you say that?
I like them both but prefer the color versions by a tiny margin. Banff is awesome I love it there
It is a great place!
Thanks for visiting
I really can't pick a favorite..I like them all!
for me both in Color I would say :)
Sometimes I prefer Colour sometimes I prefer b&w!
Yes I am the same, often it comes down to our mood I think, the same shot one day we may like color others times B&W
I like both of these pictures in B&W especially the second one of the mountains. Beautiful shots @daveks. I've been in Banf once, a long time ago 18 years ago and the reason I remember that is because my firstborn was just 9 months old when we went there. Gorgeous place to visit. I need to go back there again.
You must have some fond memories of Banff!
Thanks for coming @joalvarez
I like B&W.🤗
Beautiful mountains, reminds of Guilin, pretty good.
Thanks @dixonloveart!
Very nice pictures, I prefer them in color
I didn't know there is a town called Banff. Does it have anything to do with the BANFF film festival? Following you. I hope you have a wonderful day!
Yes. The film festival is held there every year!
Have a good day
Cool so the name of the town is called Banff?
