Jessie Being A Badass

This one was a real adventure. Jessie wanted to step outside her comfort zone and get a bit dark and edgy. The makeup artists on the shoot gave her a darker gothic type look and we used a battery powered smoke machine to generate a smokey background atmosphere.

The only issue we had on this shoot was moving around the location and staying safe. As you can see its a pretty run down abandoned building and parts of it were quite dangerous. Add to that that Jessie was wearing seriously badass looking heals that looked great in the shot but probably not the most practical for moving around dangerous locations like this one.

This is one of the reasons I love photography though. Just the combination of working with this stunning model in such a cool and interesting location, setting up this atmospheric scene.... where else would I be in a situation like that if it wasnt for a photoshoot 😅
