So on a day when the goal was to do nothing I clocked almost 11K steps just walking around the town of Idaho Springs buying bumper sticks for my bus.. I did manage to find a couple really cool ones ... Peace out ya'll ..
@davedickeyyall, For sure it happens sometimes and by that i mean, some days we want to do nothing but while we think doing nothing we accomplish something, and good to see these numbers.
And in my opinion we should walk more often because it can make our life slow, slow in the sense of observation and by that i mean, we can feel our natural surroundings and also this Practice can heal us.
