In my part of the world, Massa is cooked in the morning and can only be enjoyed eating in the morning when it is hot. Massa is made from corn and sugar, sliced perper, onion and a pinch of salt for taste is added to it, Massa in another way can be called snacks and I enjoy eating Massa for breakfast, sometimes I buy, most times I prepare myself but for today I bought which cost me 200 naira, steemequivalent to steem.

Afternoon was amazing with this delicacy. The above meal is called pounded yam and egusi soup which is one of the rich men food in Nigeria. The situation of the country has made everything so high so purchasing yam right now is not easy. I am currently at the village, my daddy farm yam and he decided to harvest some home for us to eat and I decided to make it a pounded yam.

Evening which is dinner has to be something very light such that an individual can sleep well without any aches or running stomach. I cooked rice, gave it my best ability and everyone enjoyed it in the house. Rice is almost everybody's favorite in the house so it took a second for the consumption. Rice is an energy giving food which is called carbohydrate and it's my second favorite food.

Guys, my menu was a bleach of excitement today. I ate all I could eat you know why? I am currently at the village eating the kind of food I have missed especially the Massa and pounded yam. Where I work, I hardly get a chance to pound yam but now that I am home, I am very glad and honestly, there no place like hom
