When you ate pasta from Urban Elephant

When we went to the university last time, we ate pasta from Urban Elephant. That was mysecond time trying pasta from that shop. I am a fan of pasta and I loved the taste from that shop. Someone too loved them.

In a weekend after few weeks from that, I felt like making such tasty pasta for my family and for myself. What makes their pasta delicious is that they add cheese, milk, more tomatoes and sauces than us. So this time, we wanted to make it just like them.

So we bought pasta, milk, cheese and there were other ingredients at home. Our budget was low so we only bought a cheese wedge from Happy Cow. This would be tastier if we used much milk and some good cooking cheese. Next time I hope to try that way.

First we crushed some garlic and ginger. Then cut vegetables into desired shapes and sizes. We made pasta and it came very tasty. We should eat it before it gets cool to have the real taste.

We all enjoyed it. But pasta from that shop was tastier. We should add more cheese and milk and sauses. Next day, I am going to try it again.

I shared his remaining part with him. He brought that home and sent me a picture. That is the only photo that I have. We hurried to eat it even without taking some photos. That is the power of a delicious food. At least I have this one to show you.

While typing this, I miss that excellent pasta from that shop. You may not love it this much, but it suits for my taste. I will definitely be buying when I go back to university.
