Happy Birthday To My Cousin
I am greeting my cousin, Edymar, a very happy birthday. It looks like his family got a delicious feast prepared for him.
The main dish is Lechón, a whole roasted pig cooked over charcoal. The rest are roasted milk fish, pork stew, fried noodles, and boiled white rice.
Truly a feast for the eyes and stomach.

A traditional feast! I have never heard of Milk Fish. I'm sure they are good though.
The milkfish is an important seafood in Southeast Asia and some Pacific Islands. Milkfish is notorious for being much bonier than other food fish but it tastes great with rice.
