PSM was one of my favorites from the late 90's 32-bit era of gaming. EGM was better, of course, and like you I LOVED those 300+ page behemoths of yesteryear, but PSM had a different aim and target audience as a publication, so I can respect them both equally.
PSM wasn't really one of my favorites but i miss the days when an issue of EGM was hovering close to 300 pages. I loved seeing all those ads, reviews, news about upcoming stuff etc. in that one month chunk. Now everything is available immediately and while it's certainly much more convenient, it just doesn't carry that same sense of excitement. I guess there's something to be said for anticipation.
I liked the post, it was like traveling in a time machine and rivivi again that time, a greeting from venezuela I hope you take into account my humble comment

Way back in the bad old days when the only way you could find ways to cheat on video games was to buy magazines, or word of mouth!
