STRATEGIC THINKING INSPIRED BY DIVINE WISDOM.

It is a set of tools used to obtain what we want in the best way and overcoming difficulties.It is a personal thought, based on experience.Systematically taking advantage of the opportunities that occur in the environment.

I had to apply this in several ways of management, my last challenge I had to combine with the spiritual area, so other factors I had to incorporate.

The starting point to give life to a successful leadership is to know what your mission is, where you want to get to, from there all the additions will come.
When I started to create Steemchurh Venezuela, I knew that I had to do it with a team that would gather characteristics similar to the ones they were looking for, leaders in action with the capacity to empower others when the multiplication time arrived.

I was clear that this is a work directed with a divine purpose, then the people with whom I would start had to be in line with the word, the focus and the vision, I knew that in these divine missions, there are processes of resources, manpower , especially in Venezuela, a country that is experiencing the greatest crisis in history.
I could not risk the work that was going to be built, I began to see the people close to me, with fear of God, people who when there were no resources were to be faithful, willing to follow the good work, people who know that God does not stay with nothing, that always rewards the one who gives for him.

One of the most important concepts of the Primal Leadership book is that there is no emotional leadership style better than the others. Each of them has a series of advantages and points that do not fit well on all occasions; It is necessary to know them when deciding which one to use at each moment. A good leader must be able to master them all and choose the most appropriate for each situation.

It is undeniable that leading a team based on good emotional intelligence will provide us with all kinds of benefits. One of the most important is that doing so will help us achieve a balance between meeting our objectives. On the other hand, a good emotional leader will be able to enhance the positive characteristics of your entire team. Using the teachings of this style of group management, you can help others discover their talents and fully develop.

I know that in Venezuela there is a problem of general connectivity, so the first thing I did was to create my liaison situation room for my initial team of @ sc-v, unfortunately not all of them are in the same area, but I had the foresight to have two modes of internet connectivity and that all, at least, those who do social-physical work, we can perform the work without any setback and at the time required from the same place, thinking that the young people who accompany me must be directed also because it is not very easy, virtual work.

An example of this is the great @edxserverus who went through this land of vacations and I have him punished working on designs for Sc-v, deep down I know that he does it with a lot of love ... (thanks, @edxserverus and his wife @karinalr) for staying these days working with us.

In this home, my sister and I have received many people, and we have helped many people, we have young people here from distant lands, relatives who are studying university careers, and others have taken their flight and left, but all these achievements have Thanks, to the union and to the strategic thoughts that God has taken to my life.

Characteristics of strategic thinking

The first thing to say about strategic thinking is that you do not learn with a manual. Many compare it with walking, swimming or riding a bicycle. It is not something theoretical, but it is learned and strengthened by practice.

You think strategically when you meet these characteristics:

Know where you want to go There must be a clearly defined objective or purpose. Otherwise, any strategy is meaningless.
Know at what point we are. It is necessary to have the capacity to define what is the current situation and how far is the goal to be achieved.
Know how to define the path to follow. It is the central point of the strategy. It involves designing how to get to what we propose.
Know how to self-evaluate and correct. Strategic thinking requires flexibility to constantly monitor what is done and be able to redefine the course.
To think strategically, you need a dose of realism, a capacity for reflection, synthesis and a vision of the whole. Now, those capacities do not come from nothing, they have to be developed through practice. But what has worked for me is the injection of love and passion for the redeeming work of Christ.

I know that in a not too distant time, this will have become a multiplying team of leaders in action that will sustain the generation that this country is going to build.

You and I, we were not born by chance or accident, we were born with a specific purpose, God planned us, we believe and we are here because we have a mission to fulfill, Today is a good day to invite him to take that leader inside, and manifest it to the world.
