This pasta really delicious,because a fusion of western and asian spices..
The taste is a spicy, I use bali sambal..
Bali sambal is sambal matah,smbal matah use shallot slice,garlic slice, lemongrass slice, lime leaf slice and shrimp paste..
Really delicious, spicy and wonton skin for garnish..
